Yogurt Dressing
275 g/10 oz plain low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
salt
freshly ground black pepper
Place all the ingredients in a bowl, seasoning with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Mix together thoroughly. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
