Ginger Yogurt Salad Dressing
150 ml/1/4 pint plain low-fat yogurt
25 g/1 oz stem ginger, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and heat with a fork until well mixed. Chill for 1 hour.
Serve with a cucumber salad, citrus fruit salad or meat balls.
