Ginger Dressing
175 ml/6 fl oz sunflower oil
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
2.4 cm/1 inch piece root ginger, peeled and
finely chopped
salt
freshly ground black pepper
Put all the ingredients in a screw-topped jar, adding salt and pepper to taste. Shake well to blend before serving.
