Watercress And Tofu Salad
1 x 300 g/10 oz cake of tofu
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, roasted
4 tablespoons soy sauce dressing
2 bunches watercress, trimmed
Cut the tofu into 1 cm/1/2. inch cubes. Place in a bowl with the sesame seeds, pour over the dressing and toss carefully. Divide the watercress into sprigs, add to the tofu and mix gently. Transfer to a salad bowl.
