Tossed Green Salad
1/2 lettuce, trimmed and separated into leaves
1/i bunch curly endive, trimmed
1/2 bunch watercress, trimmed
1/4 cucumber, sliced
1 green pepper, cored, deseeded and sliced
few spring onions, trimmed
120 ml/4 fl oz French dressing
Put all the prepared vegetables into a deep salad bowl. Pour over the dressing and toss well. SERVES 4
