225 g/8 oz spinach pasta

100 g/4 oz cooked, shelled mussels
100 g/4 oz cooked, peeled prawns
1 x 50 g/2 oz can anchovy fillets, drained
50 g/2 oz button mushrooms, wiped and sliced
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
