Orange And Watercress Salad
1 large bunch watercress, trimmed
3 oranges, peel and pith removed and thinly
sliced into rounds
1 onion, peeled and thinly sliced into rings
1 small green pepper, cored, deseeded and thinly
sliced into rings
6 tablespoons vinaigrette dressing
black olives, to garnish
Put the watercress in a salad bowl. Arrange the orange slices on top with the onion and pepper rings. Pour on the vinaigrette dressing and garnish with the olives.
