Endive And Avacado Salad
1/2 head curly endive
1 bunch watercress
2 avocados, halved and stoned
6 tablespoons French dressing
Tear the endive into pieces and separate the watercress into sprigs; place in a salad bowl.
Peel the avocados and slice into a bowl. Pour over the dressing and toss until completely coated. Add to the endive and watercress and toss thoroughly.
