Coleslaw And Yogurt Dressing
1/2 medium white cabbage, finely shredded
2 celery stalks, chopped
2 dessert apples, cored and chopped
1 small onion, peeled and finely chopped
50 g/2 oz sultanas
50 g/2 oz walnuts, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
120 ml/4 A oz yogurt dressing
Mix together the cabbage, celery, apples, onion, sultanas, walnuts and parsley in a salad bowl. Add the yogurt dressing and toss thoroughly before serving.
