Celery, Apple And Watercress Salad
3 red-skinned dessert apples, quartered and
cored
6 tablespoons lemon vinaigrette dressing
1 small head celery, thinly sliced
1 bunch watercress, divided into sprigs
25 g/1 oz walnut pieces
Slice the apples into a small bowl, pour over the dressing and toss well. Add the celery, watercress and walnuts. Mix well, then transfer to a salad bowl to serve.
