Quick Pizza Grill
1 wholemeal roll
polyunsaturated margarine
25 g/1 oz lean ham, chopped
1 tomato, sliced
1 tablespoon chopped onion (optional)
25 g/1 oz Cheddar cheese, sliced
Split the wholemeal roll in two and spread each half with a little margarine. Divide the ham, tomato and onion (if using) between the two halves. and cover each half with slices of cheese. Cook under a fairly hot grill for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is lightly browned.
