Baked Eggs With Mixed Vegetables
1 tablespoon cooked mixed vegetables
1 egg
salt
freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon whipping cream
Put the cooked vegetables into a small cocotte dish. Break in the egg and sprinkle with seasoning. Pour the whipping cream on to the egg. Bake in a preheated moderate oven (180C/350 °F, Gas Mark 4) for 7 minutes. Serve at once.
